Executive Trainers
What does an Executive Trainer do?
An Executive Trainer (Coach) guides senior leaders through the AI Executive Mastery course. You run remote and onsite sessions, answer questions, check progress and help each executive put what they learn into practice. Our materials teach the content; you guide the executive.
How much time does the role take?
Certification takes about 6 to 8 weeks at 5 to 8 hours a week (suggested estimate). Once certified, you guide up to 4 active executives at a time. Our admin team can raise that limit after proven performance. Session time depends on each executive's program and any onsite days booked.
What are the requirements?
You need an invite from a licensed reseller, strong communication skills, experience working with senior leaders, and the time to complete the training path. You must pass every mastery check, have your practical work approved by an Assessor, and pass the final exam.
- Invite from a reseller (they buy your Trainer seat)
- Experience coaching, training or advising leaders (suggested)
- Reliable internet and video call setup for remote sessions
- Willingness to renew your certificate every year
