FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Short, direct answers about Executive AI Trainer, the Executive Trainer (Coach) certificate, reselling AI Executive Mastery, and pricing.
What is AI Executive Mastery?
AI Executive Mastery is a structured program from AI Intelligence International that teaches senior leaders how to understand, plan and lead the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in their organisation. The course materials teach the content, and a certified Executive Trainer guides each executive through it.
What is Executive AI Trainer?
Executive AI Trainer is the website where AI Intelligence International trains and certifies Executive Trainers (Coach) for the AI Executive Mastery program. It also gives resellers a portal to buy Trainer seats, manage Trainers and track client companies.
What does an Executive Trainer do?
An Executive Trainer (Coach) guides executives through the AI Executive Mastery course. The Trainer runs remote and onsite sessions, answers questions, checks progress and helps each executive apply what they learn. The Trainer does not write the content; the materials teach and the Trainer guides.
How do I become a certified Executive Trainer?
You are enrolled by a reseller invite. You then study every AI Executive Mastery module, pass a mastery check after each one, complete three practical tasks reviewed by an Assessor, and pass a timed final exam. The certificate is issued automatically when all steps are complete.
How long does certification take?
Most applicants should plan for about 6 to 8 weeks at 5 to 8 hours per week. This is a suggested estimate. Your pace depends on your study time, how quickly you complete the practical tasks and how soon the Assessor reviews them.
How many executives can a Trainer guide at once?
A certified Trainer can guide up to 4 active executives at a time by default. After proven performance, our admin team can raise that limit. The reseller portal blocks any assignment above a Trainer's current limit.
Is support remote or onsite?
Both. Most guidance happens in remote sessions by video call. Onsite support, such as workshops at the client's office, is also available and is billed at our published recommended onsite day rate plus travel at cost.
Who assesses the practical work?
A Reseller Assessor, a person on the reseller's own team, reviews each Trainer's practical tasks using our standard checklist. The Assessor either approves the work or requests changes. Our admin team can audit any Assessor's decisions.
How do I verify a Trainer's certificate?
Go to the Verify Certificate page and enter the certificate number printed on the certificate, or scan its QR code. The page shows the Trainer's name, status (active, expired or revoked), and the issue and expiry dates. No private data is shown.
How does reselling work?
A reseller is a company that sells the AI Executive Mastery program to client companies. The reseller's own certified Trainer delivers the program and the reseller pays us a royalty. We do not supply Trainers.
What does it cost?
Suggested figures are: Trainer certification $3,500 one-time, yearly renewal $750, and Reseller Licence from $2,500 a year. All prices are suggested and await owner approval. See the Pricing page for details.
What is a reseller?
A reseller is a company that has a licence to sell the AI Executive Mastery program to its own client companies. The reseller buys Trainer seats, invites Trainers and Assessors, adds clients, and assigns Trainers to executives through the reseller portal.
What is a mastery check?
A mastery check is a short test at the end of each module. It confirms that the Trainer understands the module well enough to guide an executive through it. The suggested pass mark is 80%, and retakes are allowed.
What are the practical application tasks?
There are three: a remote practice session (recorded or observed), an onsite practice session (role-play or real), and a written support plan for a sample executive. Each is reviewed by an Assessor using our checklist.
Is there a final exam?
Yes. After the mastery checks and practical sign-off, Trainers take a timed final exam. It is marked on our server, so answers and scoring are never visible in the browser. Passing it completes the requirements for the certificate.
How many certificates are there?
There is one certificate only: Executive Trainer (Coach). It shows that the holder has studied the full AI Executive Mastery course, passed every check, completed assessed practical work and passed the final exam.
Does the certificate expire?
Yes. The certificate is valid for one year. To renew, the Trainer completes a short refresher on updated materials plus a short check, and pays the yearly renewal fee. Reminders are sent 60, 30 and 7 days before expiry.
Can a certificate be revoked?
Yes. A certificate can be revoked for serious quality problems, misuse of materials, misrepresenting the program, or breaking the Terms. A revoked Trainer loses access to the Trainer kit and cannot be assigned to executives.
What happens if my renewal lapses?
If your renewal lapses, your certificate shows as expired. You cannot be assigned to new executives and your access to the Trainer kit ends until you complete the renewal steps.
What is the Trainer kit?
The Trainer kit is the set of tools a certified Trainer uses to deliver the program: session guides, slides, checklists, onsite workshop plans and support templates. It becomes available once you are certified.
Do I use one account for both websites?
Yes. Trainers use one sign-in for both Executive AI Trainer and the AI Executive Mastery website. There is no second password to remember.
What is the recommended onsite day rate?
The suggested recommended onsite day rate is $2,500 per day or $1,500 per half day, plus travel at cost. We publish this rate so that onsite support matches the quality of the program. The figure awaits owner approval.
How long does a client stay with a reseller?
A client company signed by a reseller stays with that reseller for 12 months. This protects the reseller's work in finding and signing the client.
How are royalties calculated?
Royalties are always calculated on the suggested retail price, never on a discounted price. If a client receives a refund, the matching royalty is reversed in the same proportion.
