What is the Executive Trainer (Coach) certificate?
It is the one and only certificate we issue. It shows that the holder has studied the full AI Executive Mastery course, passed every mastery check, had their practical work approved by an Assessor and passed the final exam. It is valid for one year and must be renewed.
How do you earn the certificate?
Complete every mastery check, get Assessor sign-off on all three practical tasks, and pass the timed final exam. The certificate is then issued automatically, with a unique certificate number and a QR code.
How is a certificate verified?
Anyone can enter the certificate number, or scan the QR code, on our Verify Certificate page. It shows the Trainer's name, status (active, expired or revoked), and issue and expiry dates. No private information is shown.
How does yearly renewal work?
Each year, the Trainer completes a short refresher on updated materials plus a short check and pays the renewal fee. We send reminders 60, 30 and 7 days before expiry. If renewal lapses, the Trainer cannot be assigned to new executives and loses Trainer kit access.
What can cause a certificate to be revoked?
A certificate can be revoked for serious quality problems found in an audit, misuse or sharing of course materials, misrepresenting the program, or breaking our Terms. A revoked Trainer loses access to materials and cannot be assigned to executives.
