How does Executive Trainer certification work?

Certification has eight steps: enrollment by reseller invite, study of every module, a mastery check after each module, three practical tasks, Assessor review, a timed final exam, automatic certificate issue, and yearly renewal. The certificate is issued only when every step is complete.
